We have realised how much children and parents appreciate the smaller family feel to our camp. We keep numbers capped at never more than 48 to a location. We split children in to smaller groups (with friends of course), we keep staff as consistent as possible and build strong relationships with families (We have watched some children at camp grow from shy 7 year olds to confident 11 year old camp leaders!)
At Seren Kids we don't do ordinary, we do wow!
We bring all the inflatable fun, Santa, archery, science magic, professional actress Jasmine Armfield and more! We are creating the camps we wish we could have had as children!
We stand by the ethos that your business is only as strong as your staff, therefore we have high standards in recruiting, and once we have recruited we want to ensure our staff receive comprehensive training, and progression opportunities. We believe in the growth mindset!
Even the CEO's have to do training, and learn from kids, parents and staff! Learning is for everyone and everywhere.
We acknowledge that we are not in the lowest price range for holiday camps in the area, but our price still reflects a lot of value for money.
We have more staff, and more experienced, we provide more resources and inclusion tools at camp, and we do more wow activities!
We try to keep the costs of camp as low as possible whilst including these important touches, as we remember the costs of being a parent to young ones ourselves, but the need for high quality care and experiences for our children.

Wherever possible we try to bring those extra touches to make camp more fun for the kids, and more helpful for the parents/carers.
Perhaps one of the things we are most proud of. No matter what race religion, gender, family unit type, or condition/ability, we attempt to make Seren Kids Camps the most inclusive mainstream camps. We try to ensure representation for every child in our activities and resources, we make the environments as neurodivergent friendly as possible, and we train staff in SEND so that we may provide the best possible environment for ALL children.
